Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your computer or mobile device. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in the same way. They are used to make websites work, or work better, and to give information to the owners of the site.

2. How We Use Cookies

Strictly necessary (always on). These remember your cookie choice, keep our own team securely signed in to manage the site, and let the software brief builder keep your draft in your browser until you send it.

Analytics without cookies (always on). We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to count visits and see which pages, buttons and tools are used. Unless you accept cookies, it stores nothing on your device and each page visit is treated separately.

Analytics and company identification (only with your consent). If you choose “Accept cookies”:

  • PostHog sets cookies so we can recognise return visits and record anonymised sessions of how the site is used. Recordings never capture what you type into forms.
  • Dealfront (Leadfeeder) sets cookies and uses your network address to identify the company you visit from. It does not identify you personally.

3. Changing Your Choice

You can change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw consent, we stop recording and remove our analytics cookies from your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will keep working.

4. More About Your Data

For how we handle personal information, including your data protection rights, see our Privacy Policy.
