Yes. We scope, design and build your software with no upfront build fee. Our income is the flat monthly fee for hosting, support, maintenance and improvements, paid once the software is live over a flexible minimum term. Prefer a one-off build? We also offer a fixed upfront quote with no monthly commitment.

What is the catch?

There is no hidden fee. The trade-off is commitment: you agree to a flexible minimum support term upfront, which is how we recover the cost of the build. We are only paid while your software is working for you, so our incentives match yours.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Hosting and monitoring, security updates, bug fixes with a response within one working day, help-desk support Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00 UK time (GMT/BST), and an agreed allowance of improvements each month so the software keeps pace with your business.

What is the minimum term?

A flexible minimum term, agreed upfront and written into your agreement, then monthly rolling. We structure it case by case around the size of the build, so it works for both sides.

Who owns the software?

What happens if I want to stop?

Once the agreed minimum term is complete the agreement rolls monthly, and you can end it on the notice set out in your agreement. You keep the software, and we hand over the IP and source code. Nothing is held hostage.
